Ungrounded outlets are a safety hazard and are in violation of the CEC . They need  to be made safe. Proper grounding saves lives and property. Ground fault circuit interrupter outlets are required by CEC in bathrooms and in kitchens, near the sink area.

They take care of  you, your family and your property. Smoke detectors by law requires in every dwelling unit.

We install,  test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in residential and commercial facilities.

Emergency lighting system shall be installed in compliance with the National Building Code of Canada and shall be tested at least once a month.

The law requires that all electrical installations in Ontario conform to the requirements of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and the National Building Code of Canada.
